Instructions: For best results, make kombucha immediately. Place package contents into a 2L mixture (minimum) of brewed Kombucha tea and sugar at room temperature. See Sipology’s Kombucha Guide or www.sipology.com/discover-kombucha for more details. SCOBY can be refrigerated in package for later use but this puts it into a hibernating state and it will have temporary reduced efficacy.
